Step 2. You'll receive a link to book your appointment online at a time that works for you.

Step 3. We'll send intake forms to complete before your visit.

Step 4. Attend your 45-minute comprehensive exam.

Step 5. Return for your Report of Findings and first adjustment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a time limit for using this offer? No. Once you have purchased your exam, you can schedule it at your convenience.

What if I want an adjustment on the same day as my exam? Your first adjustment typically happens at your Report of Findings visit, your second appointment. If you'd prefer an adjustment the same day as your exam, there is an additional $75 adjustment fee.

Do you take insurance? We're an out-of-network provider. We can provide superbills for potential reimbursement if your insurance covers out-of-network chiropractic care. HSA and FSA cards are welcome.

What should I wear? Comfortable, unrestricted athletic clothing that allows a full range of motion works best for your movement assessment.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy? We require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to honor everyone's time, including yours and the clients on our waitlist.

Is parking available? There are a few free parking spaces directly in front of the office. We recommend arriving a few minutes early in case those spots are taken, as street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood.

Is your office accessible? Yes. Our office has step-free entry and an accessible bathroom.
